How we calculate the price

When your package reaches our warehouse we weigh and measure it, and send you the price of each service so you can choose.

Air: by the pound

We charge the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length × width × height in inches ÷ 166. Large, light boxes pay for their size.
Sea: by the cubic foot

We charge for the space the box takes: length × width × height in inches ÷ 1,728 = cubic feet. Weight does not change the price, so it suits large or heavy packages.
Minimum per package

Each package pays at least its service minimum. If you have several packages on the way, we can consolidate them into one shipment so you make better use of the minimum.

You choose where to receive each package from "My account", and you can change it until it goes out for delivery.
