- Account details: name, email, phone, language and preferred shipping method.
- Delivery addresses and the details of the person who receives (name, phone and ID number).
- The packages you report and their weight, measures, prices, invoices and payments.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
What we use it for
- To receive, price, ship and deliver your packages, and to send you prices, notices and invoices.
- To answer your questions and keep the records required by law.
- We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with the services that help us provide ours (for example email delivery, carriers and payment providers).
Notifications
Emails about your packages and invoices are part of the service. Push notifications are optional and you can turn them off in "My account".
How long we keep it
While your account is active and afterwards for the time required by law (for example invoices).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to us at [email protected]. Some data, such as invoices, must be kept by law.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its date.
